A letter to my younger self

Dear Me,

thank you for receiving this, and thank you for taking time out to read it. I assure you that this letter was made for you, only you, with no one but you in my mind. As my pen races across this blank page and scribbles something that only you might want to read on days when you feel life is too much to take.

First of all, I want you to accept that this is Your life. You have the biggest responsibility of making this person happy. Do what you love, and do it most often. Life will always give you plenty of this to do which you don't like but what you love shouldn't be left behind. If you don't like something then take an initiative and change it. If you don't like that particular job, change it, if you don't like a particular person avoid her/him. Memories are mostly made when you do stuff you never did before, or when you do things which you never thought you could do. Invite challenges, stay awake the entire night talking to someone special under the moonlight. Drag yourself the extra mile for the plate of momo you love. Eat a little extra when you like the food. Complement a stranger a little more if you like, even though it sounds creepy, play with dogs even though your mom scolds you for it. Don't rush behind the deadlines the world sets for you, they care the least about your happiness. It's the little Imperfection that makes lives perfect. 

And if life seems to be a big monster, sleep over it. Most of my life problems were solved when you sleep over them. If you feel that you don't have time for yourself, take a break from your routine. If you are looking for love, then stop. The love of your life will be waiting for you when start doing the things you love more often( the things you want the most, come to you when you stop looking for them). Stop taking life ultra seriously, stop and analyze your thoughts. All the emotions are beautiful when you give enough time to feel them. When you eat something yummy enjoy every bit of it, lick off the remaining parts from the plate. Open your mind, arms and heart to new things, new people and new experiences. Even a small new experience can change your life completely.

We all are united despite our differences. Everyone gets an equal share of joy and sorrows, though it might be so clearly evident. Ask strangers what their passion is and tell them yours. Share your dreams and stories with them, because stories are what connects the soul. Appreciate each little things that people do for you, and make them realize that you cherish their presence in your life. Don't hold on to things and people, start letting go. There is an ultimate joy in freedom, and if you want to imbibe this sentence talk to people who have been in prison.

Make the most of what you have already got. Chasing a dream is good, but enjoying the chase is more blissful. You won't get all you desire for, and somebody who is less deserving than you might have the thing you strived for. It's okay, feel happiness in their success, not everything works the way it should. Travel most often, getting lost sometimes will help you find yourself forever. Some opportunities in life come only once, so stay aware and grab them with both hands. Appreciate and most importantly celebrate each one of your failures and victories. Failure means you dared to try, which is the first step to success. Don't feel disappointed at your situations comparing yourself to others, no matter how high or low your raise yourself in life, there would always be someone a notch higher than you and a notch lower than you.

Life is all about the people you meet and the things and connections you create with them. So go out and start creating. Life is short to live with fear and regrets. Live your dream life, wear your passion on your sleeves and most importantly appreciate yourself, and be kind to it, after all, it's only You that you got to be with for lifelong and,
