February update: Yearly goal

🌟  February Update of my goals @2025 🌟

Time to report my progress🎯 Personal Goals

  1. Don’t die and avoid any near-death experiences. (A good place to start!)
  • Didn't have any close call encounters this month, probably because I didn't drive during peak traffic and peak hours. So very successful
  1. Enjoy one solo dinner (dining out) every month. (Date yourself—you’re worth it!)
  • I went to have a solo lunch at Tazza kitchen, reached there by mistake by getting the location wrong, but had plenty of food and loved it. February was a month where I was running short of my balance so can I please justify it.
  1. Hit the gym at least four days a week unless there’s a strenuous run. Log progress and body vitals. (Current Body Fat: 19–20%; Goal: 16–17%)
  • My current body fat percentage hovers around 19%. Been to gym 17 times, so one day more than the goal, yay!!!
  1. Limit cheat meals (samosa, biryani, gol gappas) to one per week. (Yes, samosas count!)
  • I had in one samosas, 1 biryani and 3 days of Gol gappas. Had one rasmalai, one rasgulla and one kulfi as well.
  1. Meditate for at least 10 minutes on 15 days each month. (Namaste your stress away.)
  • I failed miserably at this, Did it hardly for 3 days. I need to take this seriously, Writing it out as the wall note to have constant reminder.😔
  1. Avoid writing letters to acquaintances under six months. Write two letters to yourself every month. (You’re your best pen pal!)
  • Successfully negotiated it, I didn't have a close encounter, so kind of grateful and not so grateful too 😉
  1. Take at least five photos weekly. (Snap those moments, Picasso!)
  • Did I take photos, hell no. I was a pacer for a 10k run so took some there, and a few more at a 21k seva bharti run where I ran with somebody else's Bib and ended up with a PB of 1:50.
  1. Complete weekly: 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and 15 minutes of planks. (20-20-20 every weekday, like a boss.)
  • 8 days of push ups and plank. Achieved my PB of 6:00:45 plank and  40 pushups at a time. I know I am far from the goal but slowly picking up my way.
